I was commissioned to replace the existing outhouse at IGI’s farm with a comfortable, handicapped accessible bathroom for use of farm staff and the visiting public.

I made the decision to preserve the original outhouse’s roof, incorporating it into a two-tiered roof with a central cupola to increase airflow and ventilation during the hot summer months. I made extensive use of reclaimed lumber, doors, windows and other fittings in the interior.
